“Codenames” is a word association game where players are divided into two teams. Each team has a spymaster who provides one-word clues to help their teammates guess the words on the board that correspond to their team’s agents. The catch is that there are also neutral words and an opposing team’s words on the board, and guessing the opposing team’s words can have negative consequences.
The goal is to correctly identify all of your team’s agents while avoiding the opponents’ agents and the assassin. “Codenames” is a game of strategy, wordplay, and deduction that challenges players’ communication and decision-making skills.
